Hi
I'm British, been teaching for 7 years in Japan and Spain, mostly kids of varying ages but quite a few adults too. HATE exam prep classes. Been to Abu Dhabi briefly and liked it a lot. Not sure if I'll have a CELTA or not whenever I may go to UAE. What will be my options? |

It's hard to say what your options would be---you didn't provide enough info about your qualifications and experience. But anyway, to teach content in an international or vocational school, you'd need a teaching license from your home country + a BA (related to the subject you teach) + a couple of years of experience. Generally, to teach university students, a relevant MA + several years of (post-grad degree) experience at the tertiary level are required. |

Get the CELTA (actually get the DELTA as a minimum) or get the MA.
Or else you need to get the PGCE in a content course and teach highschool/grade school. |
