The obvious way is word of mouth, but as someone walking into town for the first time, this is putting the cart before the horse somewhat.
I am considering getting a load of flyers printed with a 'no commitment, first class free' offer to get the ball rolling. I was thinking the best method might be to hand these out in the street, therefore giving me a chance to engage potential students from the off. This seems more personal, and I imagine more effective than leaving them to gather dust in cafes etc.
Also, what is the going rate for a one hour class in a city like Valencia ? What do you charge for private classes? |

In Valencia, with a reputation and word of mouth you could get 20. Without that, starting out you might have to settled for somewhere in the 12-15 range. Depends how much you need the money. |
