An idea for promoting ideological-classroom use of conditional structures, hypothetical discussions, justifications of action etc. using the famous 'rollback' sequence from the film 'Иди и смотри' (Come and See).
"If you had the opportunity to prevent the fascist piggie evil from ever happening, what would you do?"
Try it with your learners. But be warned! Not for the faint-hearted...
