Decide my future for me, people.
I've already taught at KSU. What I'd like is a better university at which to work.
I have a BA, CELTA, and a few years of teaching experience.
Is there a more relaxed university, maybe one where you teach and leave, instead of sitting in the office?
Open to locations like Jeddah, Dammam...
Thanks for any advice. |

Don't judge, Sheik. It's unbecoming. Now find me a good place to work. Yallah. |

On another serious note, there are people who work at colleges who know exactly what I'm talking about- they're not required to clock in and sit around for hours waiting for students, pretending to be productive while actually twiddling their thumbs and talking to their colleagues. I like to relax at home with cucumbers on my eyes, so I'm fresh to do "the good work". Oh don't act like you don't know what I'm goin' on about. (sweet kisses.) |

I did a year at KSU before my luck changed. I am aware
of the schedule there...gave you plenty of time to find a hobby,
or to research more gainful employment. |

Well, that's true. If I look at the positive side, it's up to me to resist thumb-twiddling and engaging in meaningless conversation in the badly-lit offices. I could take up cross-stitching and study rock formation. Thank you! |

I also worked at KSU for a year.
No work + full salary.
Clock in and "sit in ur office" for 4 hours and then you "teach" for another 4. |

Lol
Yeah it was cool but I don't think it was worth all the hassle Edex put us through with simple things like getting paid on time.
I made the mistake of renewing my contract with Edex though.
Fooled twice. Shame on me! |

Buying a luxury condominium.
I like twiddling my thumbs and dreaming of what to save up for next. I think it's a toss up between a VW Gulf or Citroen DS5. Automatic, biodiesel of course. But I have to ask my better half. She likes pick-up trucks.

What's better than KSU?!? Maybe one of the lower circles in Dante's Inferno? |

KFUPM doesn't require one to sit and do endless office hours. It's just one a day. You teach two hours, have a three-hour lunch break and then teach two more, but you'd live on campus so popping home is the thing to do. |
