Matt Damon's nose causes argument
Matt Damon's nose has caused an argument between the makers of his latest film, The Brothers Grimm, based on the famous fairy-tale writing siblings.
Director Terry Gilliam and Miramax studio boss Harvey Weinstein disagreed on whether the actor should wear a large false nose for the new movie. Damon plays Will Grimm opposite Heath Ledger as his brother Jake.
According to Teenhollywood, Gilliam wanted Damon to wear the prosthetic nose, but Weinstein didn't.
"Terry had the make-up artist do tests and finally came up with exactly what he wanted - a large false nose for Damon," a source is quoted as saying.
"Terry sent the tapes of the make-up tests to Harvey and received the all-clear for the shooting, but Harvey didn't see the tapes until the day before shooting began," adds the source. "He then immediately called up Gilliam, wanting him to drop the prosthetics.
"Harvey claimed he had paid to have Matt Damon as his star so he wanted to see all of his face on screen. The last thing he wanted was for him to be unrecognizable."
Following arguments between the pair, Gilliam finally backed down and the prosthetic nose is out.

Hopkins' marriage dissolved over US obsession
Hollywood veteran Sir Anthony Hopkins has revealed that his second marriage collapsed because he was obsessed with America.
The 66-year-old Welsh actor had turned his back on Britain to become an American citizen in 2000. In fact, locals in his hometown of Port Talbot, South Wales, had branded Hopkins 'disgusting' for shunning his roots.
Hopkins admitted that the move led to his divorce from Jennifer Lynton, 58, after 29 years of marriage.
"She's British through and through, and was annoyed whenever I spoke of my dream to become an American. It was a major factor in our break-up," The British Sun quoted Hopkins as saying.
Hopkins' first marriage, to Petronella Barker, ended in 1972. He married for a third time to Stella Arroyave, 48, last year and they are presently residing in California. His only child, from Barker, is 36-year-old actress Abigail Hopkins.
"There is still a love for life in the U.S. that I've never found anywhere else," added Hopkins.

Jennifer Love Hewitt: Diva
Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt has been labelled a diva by staff at the London hotel where she is staying after she made a series of bizarre demands.
Hewitt, 25, is staying in the elegant 5 Cavendish Square hotel while filming John Hay's The Truth About Love opposite Dougray Scott.
"Jennifer loves the hotel and knows her every whim will be catered to," a source told local British media. "One time she sent someone out to buy her a box of 48 Krispy Kreme doughnuts from Harrods - another time it was nail varnish remover. When it took half an hour to arrive, she was less than happy."
The actress was also overheard expressing her disdain at swanky London restaurant Hakkasan. "Jennifer thought she was waiting too long for her food and didn't seem impressed. She was heard muttering: 'The service in England stinks'," added the source.

Kravitz's piercings a hit in bed
Rocker Lenny Kravitz, who has dated some of the world's most beautiful actresses, says he's such a hit with women because he has a piercing in his *beep*.
Kravitz, who was once married to actress Lisa Bonet and whose girlfriends have included Natalie Imbruglia, Kylie Minogue, Vanessa Paradis and Nicole Kidman, said the metal hoop makes him a beast in bed.
He added: "I've never taken it out. It hits the lady where she likes it. And because it swings, it can be effective in any position."
Kravitz, 40, spoke about his hoop in FHM magazine just as Kidman is stepping up her bid to stop him revealing all about their romance in a planned film of his life.
A source close to the actress, who was to wed Kravitz before they split in December, said: "She was shocked when she heard of his plans. She was always very discreet about their relationship."
Kravitz also said he doesn't believe in wearing underpants or aftershave on a first date.
"The most important thing is never to wear underwear, and under no circumstance should you use aftershave," he explained adding that he found aftershave disgusting and said men who stunk of it were "suspect". "It's better to use oil," he said.
