[While I was out]

Hi, does anyone have any contacts or leads for accommodation in Muscat? My wife, toddler and myself will be moving there in early August. I've searched through previous posts and didn't see anything recent.

We're hoping to move to the Al Hail, Al Khoud or Mawaleh areas, though perhaps Al Ghubrah or Al Khuwair might do too. 18th November Street? My information is a few years old regarding availability and prices, don't shoot me if I'm wrong about availability in any of these areas.

Understand from reading previous posts that rents have increased dramatically over the last few years, but I'm only really concerned with what the market rate is now.

We're looking for a minimum of 2 bedrooms and hoping to pay in the region of 300 per month. 3 bedrooms would be better, reasonable sized rooms a bonus.

If you have links to reputable cheap estate agents, if such a beast exists, or know anyone with a flat, that would be great.
