This topic should be in the Saudi forum, so that to be informative for any teacher who wants to teach at Jazan university in the Magic Kingdom.

You are not alone, I have known hundreds of teachers from Africa, Asia, and Arab countries with Western passports who were badly treated by the administration and students of the university all over the Magic Kingdom. This is the reality in the Magic Kingdom, you have to do your research about any university/school in the Magic Kingdom before you go there.

My question is:
Why did you stay in Jazan for three years? Why did you not quit after the first year?

Your experiences wre similar to many of those who come to KSA for religious reasons.

My advice is that you should not come to KSA to live in what you perceive to be an "Islamic environment". Come here to teach and earn some money.
