I'm heading back to Spain in a few days to work for a second year at the academy I was with last year. I'm just curious if there is a legal obligation for academies to increase salaries on a yearly basis or is it entirely at the school's discretion as to whether they do that or not?
I haven't signed my contract for next year yet or spoken with the director too much during the summer as I've been in the U.K., so I'm really not sure. |

No, there isn't a legal obligation to do so. |
