Hi all,
To those who live/work in the Big Mango:
Am up-country and need to visit the Australian Embassy (Sathorn South) in the second week of Jan (6-10th). Planning on getting a bus to Pinklao and then a motorcycle taxi through Thonburi, across Taksin Bridge and then to the Embassy. Return would be a taxi via express way to Kasetsart Uni in Bangkhen to get a mini-bus back up country.
Am I likely to run into any protesters? I hear the EC are going to deliver an important decision on the 7th -- do you reckon the 9th is OK? Or could you just point me to the places to avoid?
Many thanks in advance. |
