This is merely hypothetical but I was just wondering if any expats have done this? What is/was the experience like? Are you still alive or swigging Vodka from the stress. Have you joined the Nomenklatura or are you flipping burgers at a McSchool? Id like to know how difficult is all the paperwork. Is it possible on your own for a newbie(i mean new to Moscow not low on experience/quals etc) to set up in Moscow etc? . Finally is there a market in Moscow/St Petersburg for in-company english?
