				| ??Because it's dangerously polluted, as well as very cold in winter, nearly as bad as Norilsk, but nobody goes there in our line of work!! Novosibirsk is probably the place with the most choice of jobs in Siberia, not very pretty but at least there is plenty going on.
Cole Davis is the man to talk about this region with.

				| I've been away from Siberia for a few years. As well as Novosibirsk but near is Akademgorodok which also has language schools. Recently I came across a guy in Tomsk who says there's lots of work there. | |

				| If you are lucky enough to find a viable job there I would go for it: not only is it historical with a famous university but the atmosphere there is more pleasant than many other places I have been to in Russia, people seemed friendly and intellectual and there were some nice local dishes to try! I would prefer it to places like Surgut, Nizhnivartovsk and even Novosibirsk any day! Akademgorodok is also worth investigating, especially if you are into science and research.
