| Has anyone been to Vinnell's (old) new dormitory at the Camp? How does it compate to the ROC? |

ROC was swell, real house (villa) , real streets, facilities you would expect
on a proper Riyadh compound. Total freedom really. Transition to the camp which is adjacent to King Fahad Stadium, no man's land, the scene of the crime, and in high-rises reminiscent of Chicago projects. Like most things over time, things were better before than they are today. |

| And what has become of the ROC? Has it reverted to family residences for Saudi National Guard officers? |
