I was tricked into giving my copy of my contract with China ESL to a lady who impersonated an HR Director for Total ESL (an alias company for China ESL) but here is an identical contract from one of my former teaching colleagues who posted her contract at another forum and it was used as an example in this article. Have you ever seen a worse contract in China and if yes, from who?

I have never seen a more abusive, one-sided contract than this one in the OP, and I question the sanity and sobriety of any idiot who signs it!
Honestly, this contract is not legal according to Chinese labor laws and thus is not binding upon any teacher who was dumb enough to sign it. |

Like I said Kong, anyone who disagrees with the mighty Kong cannot have a legitimate opinion and must be a sock puppet. Let it go dude and deal with the subject. Juice and everyone else can speak for themselves - as I do. I also notice that once someone does disagree with you even once, you brand them as an enemy and then attack every comment they make - just as you did with my five comments yesterday. Why are you so defensive my friend. I was not attacking you - just disagreeing with your opinion. Got it?
Now, have you or have you not seen a worse contract than the one in the OP link? |

Is your opinion one that we must all follow? If you don't like the subject find another one to comment on and stop your belly-aching bud. We all got your point that this subject is old hat to you. Apparently you live on this forum 24/7 and have commented on every possible subject. Others including myself, have not. Are we allowed to play in this sandbox or all the toys yours Bud? "Tolerance" and "sharing" and "respect" are words you should know well as an English teacher. How about a little of each Bud? By the way, you made a reference to Juice and I don't see anything wrong or false about anything that he wrote. I don't agree with all the he wrote but I respect his opinion as much and equally as yours. PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM DO NOT HAVE TO SHARE YOUR POINT OF VIEW BUD - NOR MINE. You simply can't say "I disagree because..." and move on. You have to insult and antagonize people. It makes me wonder how many times you have been married and divorced?
Do you REALLY expect everyone who logs onto this forum to agree with Bud Powell on every subject especially if and when you say something false like foreigners have to have Chinese partners to do business in China? None of us are infallible Bud. When my facts are wrong I hope and expect you and others will correct me, not trash and gang up on me.
