General recommendations to provide better care:
1. Please be advised that the fact does not guarantee an appointment that will be issued the document to be submitted and the delegation of their choice and meet all the requirements
of the current regulations for your particular case.
2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs may communicate by telephone to complete its process for conducting surveys on the quality of the service provided by the delegations of the
Secretariat for statistical purposes.
3. You should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time for your appointment, there is no tolerance for entry into the offices of delegations, if presented after the time of your
appointment, you must request a new date and time for it.
4. Appointments are personal and, if the registrant does not attend the event loses.
5. For your best health and agile process we ask you consider the following points:
5.1 Avoid entering or persons accompanying them neceario their presence is not to perform the procedure.
5.2 does not bring in food or beverages on the premises of the delegations.
5.3 Maintain off your cell phone.
5.4 In case of performing various procedures, you must separate the documentation for each procedure as well as photocopies of each.
5.5 presents photocopies of all letter-size original documents that are required and for each process in particular.
6. The Foreign Ministry is not responsible for the appointments made by third parties.
7. The requirements for the processing of the passport can be found in http://www.sre.gob.mx/pasaportes email address where you will find the requirements for processing your
passport, the format for payment, as well as supplementary information.
