I have been in correspondance with a lady called Sophia and asked to skype for interview.


Any experiences good or bad?

My advice would be to do the interview and see how you feel about them, ask for the contact info of a couple of teachers and ask them the low down. Every school I've ever been to has been happy to provide a contact from the current teaching staff, obviously the teachers will tell you the situations that recruiters wont explain to you. But if the school is confident their teachers are happy there is no reason to with hold such info, and the teachers usually dont mind sending an email or two
