Hey guys,
I put my CV back out into the world on Friday night, and my inbox is absolutely drowning in emails from recruiters within the PRC. Some of them seem a little dodgy, but of them, RAY TEFL seems like the most professional. They look pretty legitimate and a google search hasn't dredged up anything particularly damning, but having spent the last few days sifting through recruiter horror stories, I'm a little paranoid about making a mistake.
Anybody had any experience with them?
thanks |

If they are replying from @rayenglish.com then I have a little experience with them. My TEFL provider offered free guaranteed 'job placement' by outsourcing to local recruiters, RAY being one of them. I imagine that required some vetting of various outfits as my cert was not cheap. Other than a couple slow email replies RAY (I worked with a 'Pauline') was pretty helpful in getting some interviews arranged. Ultimately I went with a gig I found on my own. Either way, I wouldn't accept a contract until you've spoken with a foreign teacher. |
