For US citizens:

For UK citizens:

For Canadian citizens:

I apologize for only posting a few of the country-specific websites for the JET Programme. I could go on though: Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, Trinidad & Tobago, Singapore, Jamaica, etc. I encourage anyone from any of the JET Programme partner countries to apply. Check out your country's webpage to get more information about the JET Programme application process.

The deadline for the application is a few weeks away so there's still time to put together a good application.

I did the full five years of the JET Programme and I greatly appreciated it. I encourage others to give it a go if it's something you think you'd be interested in.

Warm regards,
fat_chris

Just found out the deadline is this month and I'd love to apply. I'm a bit confused about a couple things.

Is the end of the month the deadline to submit EVERYTHING? I just sent off for my FBI check a couple days ago, so that wont be back for a while. Also I don't graduate college until December, so I wont have a degree until then.

Or is the deadline just to submit the online application, and I still have enough time to gather all the other documents?

EDIT: Never mind. Just noticed that a DUI makes you ineligible, and I have a DUI on my record.

I want to apply to Jet but there are too many hoops to jump through and i just can't be bothered with it any more having already done South Korea. China's so much easier to get into so I think I'll go there again.

JET does seem to be a major hassle. Though if you land it, it is an awesome job.
