Hello, folks.

Does anyone have words (good or bad) to say about Culturlingua Zamora? They seem very clear about what they expect from their teachers, which I take to be a good sign. How about the reverse - do they honour their promises?

I will be glad of any comments - it all helps to reduce the Great Unknown Factor.

Thanks
Manzana

Did you look in the Job Information Journal? There are a lot of nice postings about it. Also try the recruiting agency Global ERS. I just got a job with them. They are excellent. Beware of Colegio Bilingue Madison. They are terrible. I got a job with them. They lost my paper work and gave my job to someone else. They are horribly disorganized.

How can I get in touch with Global ERS? Are they recruiters for all of Mexico? Thanks for any input.

Hi Anne,
Thanks for the tips. Yes, I had already checked the Job Information Forum. There were postings but only 1 for the Zamora site since the new management took over in 2002, and I am hoping for some more recent comments.

I have also been in touch with Global ERS over the last couple of weeks - that is, they responded to my resume and application with a request for more info, and I have not heard back yet. It is encouraging to hear that you are pleased with them.

I am curious to know where your new job is?

Mike,
I first contacted Global through another web page, teachabroad.com. It can also be found by typing global ers mexico into the yahoo search engine, which took me to theGlobal page on a monster.com site. There seem to be various email addresses for this global, each leading to Randall Butler.

Good luck with your job search.
