Has anyone ever heard of the Santo Tomas English Program (STEP)? I am currently a teacher in the United States and I am interested in returning to Chile to work.

I have been offered contract work with them (guaranteed 20 hours/week) and before I give them an answer, I am hoping someone could provide some feedback on this English language program.
