Just wondering which countries cuisine people enjoy the most. Please stick to the original 3. Myself.. Chinese all the way, followed by Korean, then Japanese.

Your thoughts?

I am a sucker for Suchi and Hibachi..... Japanese all the way. Chinese cuisine is second. As far as the Korean food goes, I have only tried it a few times and have never cared for it.

Korean (love the spices) and then Chinese and Japanese (too much fish). Makes me wonder why I'm here.

I only like the vegetables from Chinese cuisine, not the rice, nor the meats, and even less desserts.
Cuisines that I like unconditionally are: Indian, Arab, Israeli, Thai and Malaysian (minus seafood), French (minus escargots and oysters).

Ah, I love Chinese food! I am amazed by how different it is from the "Chinese food" we have back in the States. Although I've sampled both Korean and Japanese cuisine, I've never had either in its native country. I wonder if they're any different there? But so far it's Chinese, then Korean, and finally Japanese (blech, fish).

I also love Chinese food.. yea, it's oily, but who cares! Peking Duck in Beijing is fantastic.. and I remember one place that was really cheap in Beijing for it.. like $4 ..and your right, its nothing like back home..

Korean food in the states or other countries for that matter doesn't taste anything at all like it does in Korea... much better in Korea.. though some things I really like in Korea food, there's just too much of the same spice, so it gets a little boring...

Japanese food just didn't sit well, but their U-dong and pork cutlets were quite delicious..

The only decent food I had in Korea was Japanese.

I do like the Korean BBQ in China though.

China from Japan then Korea. Kimchi Confused

I love the Korean BBQ, but other than that, I'm not much for Korean food. Too spicy for my tastes. And kimchi...well, I never did acquire a taste for it (although obviously I had to pretend to like it, lest I offend my hosts).

I love authentic Chinese food. It is very different from what I call "Canadian Chinese" food (what we eat here in Canada). I used to eat out every day in Taiwan because it was so inexpensive and the food was marvelous. I even patronised the street vendors quite often. I'm salivating just thinking about it. Very Happy

The only Japanese food I've tried was in Taiwan and I didn't care for it. I'd like to try Japanese food in Japan someday and see how I find it there. Possibly "Taiwanese Japanese" food is like "Canadian Chinese" food. Wink

So I guess I'll have to vote for Chinese food as my preference at this point in time. Cool

1. Chinese - love it.

2. Korean - come on try a different spice once in a while. I don't find korean food very spicy at all. There are plenty of global cuisines that are much spicier.

3. Japanese - a little bland for my tastes.

Yes, Chinese food is very spicy, isn't it? Well at least here in the south it is.
