| Should get the little foriegner health check booklet from the hospital. Usually valid for 1 year...well mine was. |

| Do you really need the little booklet though? To apply for a new RP I mean. My old employer has it, I do have the original of my paper. |

| The booklet is not necessary. I didn't need it last time I applied. I only needed the certificate on the front page with the stamp and my photo. |
