I've seen it stated in a number places that, if you are denied a visa in Japan, you are entitled to reapply again after 6 months.
Presumably if you are denied your visa because of a criminal record it would be futile to attempt again. But if you are denied because of an employment misdemeanor, is the 6-month-wait given like a punishment the applicant has to endure (before perhaps being given the benefit of the doubt the next time around), or are your chances unlikely to change? I'd be interested to hear if anyone has been refused once and then successfully reapplied later. |
