Hello Everyone,
One of my friends (a female) got unfairly fired from Shabaka.
I was part of the McGill Project when it was so poorly run.
Is there anything else that can be done to blacklist these people? |

Getting unfairly fired from Shabaka is a commonplace occurrence. If there were a blacklist, this nefarious operation would top the list.
Another notorious company in Saudi Arabia is the Saad Group. |

There have been blacklist sites over the years... people write hate blogs about places where they felt abused. But they really aren't much use for the general expat crowd.
The key is to do some research before accepting jobs with these shady contractors who have been abusing teachers for years. It's pretty easy to come here and ask first... or do a google on the employer and read the rest of the complaints at all the various EFL sites. The details are not hard to find.
The problem is that people don't check first... or take the jobs because they either don't believe the posters here... or feel that they can accept the situation as described here... or it is the only offer that they have and need the job.
Some "blacklist" wouldn't change any of that.
