Hi everyone

I am considering doing a bit of research in Hong Kong in the future (still somewhat distant future-- 2016-17) and am interested in HKU. Could anyone tell me if they have an ESL program for students or an IEP of some sort?

I took a brief look at their website under departments/centers and didn't really find anything, but perhaps I didn't look hard enough. Anyone with information about this university or other Hong Kong universities, please respond or post a link here.
