I am looking at jobs in China, and some offers I am getting specifically say that they will not sponsor a work visa. Is that legal?
Also, some offers say they offer an F Visa. Wouldn't I be using a Z Visa? |

If the school cannot procure a letter of invitation which enables you to secure your Z visa locally, it means that the school is not allowed to hire foreign experts to teach. Both you and the school may be subject to legal penalties.
Don't do it. |

I agree wholeheartedly with the above.
No Z-visa? No go.
It's no good for you if a school is unwilling/unable to provide you with a Z-visa.
AVOID.
F-visa isn't what you want.
Warm regards,
