I have seen some of the information online presented by these gentlemen, Karn and Forster. They were employed at Japan Women's University Niigata University of Management around 1998. I do not know which one worked at which university. Does anyone know of a way to contact either of these gentleman? Anyone ever heard of them? From what I can see, they were the most serious TOEIC specialists out there at the time, and I do not know of anyone who has reached their level since then, though perhaps someone else is out there now.

Getting technical information on TOEIC is not easy, I am hoping to find a TOEIC specialist who is a professional educator and who I could correspond with.

Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Send me a PM. I am familiar with the TOEIC.

Those are two separate universities.
People do tend to come and go in this country, so I would not know if they are still here.

If you join JALT you could join the testing and evaluation SIG. Then you could get their newsletter and see what they have online.
You should look at the JALT website.

KOTESOL has specific groups as well, and TOEIC is widely used in South Korea.
