Hi all, so I'm living in Oaxaca City, working for a great school which I enjoy, but the pay here is too low.

My fiancé and I are planning a wedding, want to have kids, and wanting to build our house (we have land in Oaxaca). But the reality is, we can't do those things making so little money here.

So, we want to move somewhere else. I'm a little scared because I've heard so many horror stories about working in schools and I got so lucky with the job I've found here: so I want to ask for recommendations of good schools to work for in Queretaro or Guadalajara. I've talked to the principal at the American School in Guadalajara and while I have my master's in education and my teaching credential in history and English, I only have two years experience, which isn't enough to be considered at this point.

So, I'd like to know if anyone knows schools with good reputations in these two cities? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
