I have a degree and 2 years esl experience in Korea.
Should I bother with getting a TEFL cert?
Also, what are some good resources or recruiters for getting a job in Guangzhou? |

| The job list here is not so bad. Also look at echinacities.com and click on Guangzhou for your search. TEFL certificates never hurt but are not always required. What is your degree in? |
