Singer looking for fellow musicians to jam covers with, nothing serious for starters and then we'll see.

I've fronted multiple bands in the US / Khobar / Thailand and Korea in the past. Mostly bar bands, some private affairs, etc. (Top audience was 3 sets for 1,000 peeps)

My main influences are; Tool (APC - Puscifer), AIC, RHCP, Floyd, Tom Waits, Dead Can Dance, Pearl Jam, Doors, and much more.

Open to your suggestions for covers too, but I'm not very interested in the standards (Ie; Hotel Calif., etc.)

Bit of a perfectionist, in that I won't perform or be rushed on stage until I feel I/we are absolutely tight.

Looking to jam mainly on weekends (not every) and I'd be most interested in musicians who WILL practice the set list BEFORE we meet, so we can get right down to bizness. Wink

If this sounds anything like something you'd want to be a part of, please drop me a PM here and I'll reply with an email, or post on this thread and I'll PM you.

PS: Also looking for collaborators for some original work, but that'd be a bit further down the line.

PSS: I really don't have the practice space for a full band. I suppose that's a BIG one. I have a house (on compound) but don't really want to convert it - so if you can swing that, it'd be a major bonus.

All the best.

When I lived in Jeddah, we had "battle of the bands" about once a month on the compound, (Dallah-Avco). Bands came from all over the country, mostly Eastern Province. The majority of the bands were Pilipino. I'd talk to members of the Pilipino community for leads.

Yeah, 2buckets, I know what you mean.

The Filipinos and "nas"....man... They got some major talent, those folks.

A majority of them should be on the global circuit, IMO.

Anyways, I'll work with anyone for a jam or three to see where it goes.

There is some talk about a fest. (this way) in Oct. We'll see. Wink

Thanks for your post. Smile
