Do you know if the stationary shops that have a Yamato Kuro Neko metal sign in front of their shops act as drop-off counters for sending documents / small packet envelopes? Or do I have to call the company to pick it up at my place?

Thanks for your answer.

Lawson is one place to do that. My wife does this sometimes.

I ended up calling Yamato and they told me to go to either 7/11 or Family Mart.

There's the answer for anybody else that might need to drop off a package for Black Cat.

Family Mart took it from me.
