I created a website with resources for students and teachers. It's still a work in progress, but you may find it useful.
The website includes some excellent grammar PowerPoints from Azargrammar. It also includes links to English grammar explained in many languages, such as Spanish, Arabic, Burmese, Vietnamese, Swahili, Uzbek, Mongolian, and many more. I can't vouch how good these resources are because I don't speak most of these languages.
