Hello All, I know that the seasons are different as compared with the United States and Mexico. I just finished a contract in Mexico and it seemed that they did most of their hiring in February. These courses were for businesses not institute classes.
I would like to know when schools and institutes usually start their classes? When are the hiring seasons in Peru?

Institutes hire year round.
The Peruvian school year starts in march so places start recruiting in the fall
International schools sometimes use the USA school year so start in august or September and may hire up to a year in advance. |

December and July are usually pretty dead, because of Christmas and fiestas patrias. Right after that I usually have a lot of classes, at least with adults.
For school, yeah they start in March, normal schools don´t start hiring until after Christmas. Real prestigeous schools start hiring in the Spring (September, October, November).
It´s basically the opposite of the USA. Good luck. |
