I am moving out of my place and I think TEPCO is sending one of their people over to calculate the last bill.
With my apartment, there's a panel they can open outside next to my front door. I think they do their metering there. The circuit breaker is inside my apartment.
Does anyone know if I need to be home when TEPCO comes? Do they need to come inside?

| When we moved out they didn't need to come into the apartment, but we had to pay the final bill there and then in cash. |
