Hi,

I am currently considering applying for teaching jobs in Asia......China being one of the possibilities.

I haven't looked into the specifics of visa requirements yet, but was wondering if anyone has had any problems with having their degree in Latin rather than English. It appears this could be problem with some of the countries I am considering.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

To actually be helpful, many of the European degrees are written in Latin. I've had people send translations along. Ironically enough I took 11 years of it as part of my MA in Medieval Studies.
