I've been wondering about the level of difficulty for foreign students to get into western secondary schools. I've looked at some sites regarding the US and one's caught my eye.

If they meet the standard (internationally accredited/recognized schools/programs)
and/or
have the money (especially going to US schools - it's all about the $$$)
then it is easy.
IF you lack the standards then it simply takes more $$$ to get into a US school.
For other developed countries, it is often about the standard and less about the $$$.
