I'm reading it now. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about going abroad to teach English. The author shares his experiences teaching in Korea--both at a hagwon and, later, a university--but much of the material would be relevant to newbie teachers anywhere in the world. Indeed, many of his stories brought back fond (and not so fond) memories of my own experiences as a brand new teacher in the Caribbean.
The author has also written a sequel focusing on his English teaching experience at a high school in Namibia that looks like interesting reading as well.
