What is it about the management techniques that makes one program better to work for than another? What makes one program manager better than the others? What do you want your program to do that they are not doing at present? |

Since it's hard to discern where you're going with these questions, why not begin the discussion with your own point of view and experience? |

Program techniques that make one better than another are: understanding your client and your employees, meeting their needs, and efficiency. What makes one program manager better than another is the ability to genuinely inspire (not force, mind you) employees to put forth their best effort for the program. I would like my program to be more consistent and put forth more effort building a satisfied program team to meet client needs.
Question to you. What in the world does this have to do with TEFL in Saudi Arabia? Have you ever seen any program in Saudi with a sincere desire to build good program management? When new companies start up they seem focused on getting clients to sign contracts, and virtually no effort is used to build an efficiently well-mangaged program. |
