Authorized by whom?
This is a program and probably a scam. It supposedly provides "free TEFL training and free tour in China".

I suggest that you stop the name -calling. You asked about CITA. You edited your question to ask about Peizheng College, in Huadu Guangzhou. Your first post doesn't even mention CITA now.
The reason why your original post drew criticism and ridicule is because the forum is continually spammed by someone who hates all recruiters and who spams us with CFTU propaganda. (If you don't know what CFTU is, do a search. You'll find plenty about it). CITA's ad inserts and mentions look a lot like the the work of the same people/persons pushing CFTU. |
