I'm trying to bring over my family on Istigdam process but my company Deprived me and several others from our rights....seems like they only case about business than how to maintain teachers long term. now this means that I have to return for another academic year and leave my family behind unless EDEX HR manager decides to show some mercy. Can someone advice if the Labor law supports such cases?? Thanks |

You can't move forward with getting a family visa without EdEx's stamped approval and documentation, and I doubt there's any part of the Saudi labor law that compels employers to do so. What's EdEx's reason for not complying with their part of the Istiqdam process? Is it due to you and your colleagues' professions and salaries? |
