I have asked the same question in the past and was told that if you have posted a query and had no reply for a while just go to "reply to this subject" and put bump in the text.
This takes it back to the top of the pile again, otherwise it just gets lost down the line.

Standard forum speak; it "bumps" threads that have dropped off the radar. As such, it's normally used only when a thread has dropped down 2 or 3 pages or has been unanswered for a few days. Refresh and ^ are variations of it.

				| Thank you ntropy and oilers for your explanations - so it has 2 meanings and in this case, I guess you meant to refresh the thread? I haven't been able to find any other postings in the forum and would like to know about this place too. | |

				| Basics of the job: 1. Must have Canadian passport, Canadian bank account
 2. Must attend 1-week orientation in Calgary approximately 1 month before eight week stint in Atyrau
 3. Good conditions, lots of work, great students for the most part.
 4. Salary high.
 5. Can only work 60 days out of each 180 days (Kazakh rule for this type of visa - all SAIT staff incl. managers are subject to this.)

A Chem teacher mentioned his salary and it was the same as the EFL teachers. It is a standard contract.
