If you are married and your passport reflects your married name, but your degrees reflect your maiden name (like many do), include a copy of your marriage certificate before sending your degrees for attestation. The SACM application does not ask for a marriage certificate in the application packet; but take it from one who knows, they will be returned unattested without a proof you have married and changed your name. This can avoid additional delays. |
