It exists all over but it's a matter of degree. Between what is required and what the person that just happens to be working that day at the immigration office feels like doing the paperwork and red tape is just time and life consuming - and needlessly expensive.
What are the countries that are the least hassle free to teach/live in as it pertains to simply being allowed to live/teach there? |

I assume you mean "legal" employment, so obviously, one's home country.
But, seriously, it's hard to say since it also depends on the visa type. |

It also depends on what passport the teacher holds. It's relatively easy for UK/EU teachers in the EU, for example, while the same region is very difficult if you don't hold a passport from an EU member country. |
