I don't and never have worked there, but from what I've heard it's another place that cares more about meetings and facetime than teachers and teaching. While the methods they encourage do sound interesting and more forward thinking than a lot of schools out there, the administration sounds like they care more about appearing hardworking themselves (i.e. dragging everyone in for meetings etc) than running a school smoothly.
Having said that, if the rate you get makes up for the extra hours you need to spend there, go for it - sounds interesting. |
