Hello,
I just started at my second job as an English teacher at a school that is managed quite differently than my last school.
At my previous school, each group was always taught by a single teacher, and generally learners were not separated from their teacher unless either the teacher or the learner specifically requested it.
At my current school, groups are frequently shared between two or three teachers, and teachers are frequently re-assigned from one group to another.
I am curious which of these two management styles you have encountered, and which is more common in the TEFL business around the world.
Thanks in advance for your feedback. |

It depends if these are full or part time students. If full time, I would say it is the norms for groups to be shared. I prefer it that way too. |
