I would like to warn all teachers who are considering job offers from Nescot College in Jeddah to not bother wasting your time. The whole process and experience is unprofessional. The offer looks good on paper but once you are here you cannot have any benefits. They promise an employment visa which leads to Iqama but you get nothing.
The management has no management skills and experience and expects teachers to be at their beck and call.
Teachers are left feeling inadequate as they are unable to do job.Last year more than 90 percent teachers left.

Frankly, no one should leave for KSA unless they've been issued a proper work/employment visa while still on home soil. That's the first red flag. Plus, this particular college has only been in operation for about a year, which is never a good sign. They hadn't yet established a track record when you applied, but apparently, they're doing that now. As for the lousy management, that's the norm for many places.

When contemplating working/living in KSA, always keep your expectations low (i.e., realistic). Having patience, flexibility, and a healthy sense of humor is also advised.
