|
|
Hi,
Is anyone else having trouble accessing their Riyad Online bank accounts? I have Internet Explorer 9 on one PC and 11 on another and have tried Chrome and Firefox. It takes me to the login page, I sign in, and then it says "choose verification method" but gives no options.
Any idea why?
Thanks,
Nicholas |

Is this problem happening in UK only?
Can you access your account in Saudi Arabia? |

This happens from time to time as their systems are of inferior quality and ill maintained. Clear your cookies and refresh your browser, or failing that wait a day or so and it will return to normal. |

To solve your problem you must register at your nearest Riyadh Bank ATM.
1. Take your cell phone and ATM card(obviously) with you.
2. From the main menu you must press either the 'e-registration' or 'Riyadhonline' button to receive the 7 digit activation code on your cell phone. Sorry, can't remember which one.
3. Using the 7 digit code validate it with one of those two buttons mentioned above at the ATM. Do not press the 'yes' button for a receipt otherwise the activation process will fail.
4. Each beneficiary must be validated the same way at the ATM, both local and international account numbers. |
