As it says there seems to be two Heidi's.
When it started abt 10 years ago an Aussie lady ran it and seemed to be good.
I heard it changed hands and maybe not so great.
You're in central Manchuria there so cold in Winter. That said you'll have a grandstand seat if Nth Korea im/explodes.
If you want a language school because they can offer an immediate start I see nothing too problematic as long as you do due diligence and central to that is a Z visa.
Dandong is too far from either Dalian or Shenyang to do an easy runner.
