I'm looking at starting my own business and am wondering if anybody can tell me what recruiters charge for recruiting teachers in China, Vietnam, Japan, and Turkey?

I've read that in China, the fee is usually the equivalent of one months salary. I am not too sure though.

Just on the China boards here, likely. There are lots of posters there who are much more experienced than me, and are very helpful.
