This is the guy I was discussing with Bud in another thread and after looking at some of his ads posted online like this one:

http://www.totalesl.com/job_detail.php?postingtype=job&id=99044

"No Degree or Experience required, ESL teachers needed in Beijing
ESL/EFL/TEFL/TESOL Teaching Job in China for teaching abroad. "

which mirrors his website: http://valleyorganization.com

I was hoping David would join us here and tell us why he's luring China job applicants with false information, which if they follow his advice of working on an L or F visa makes criminals out of his clients. When they get arrested David, are you going to pay their fines so they can get of jail?

China foreign teacher requirements as confirmed by your embassy and my own, as well as SAFEA in China confirm that a bachelor degree, Z visa, and 2 years prior work experience are required to legally teach in China.

Why do you do this David?

Hi, True Blue. I'm David and I'd like for you to come forward and present a copy of your visa, residence permit, and place of employment so that we can ascertain that you are a foreign teacher and not some scumbag loose cannon recruiter who is out to put his competition out of business. Prove that you're not a Wu Mao.

My name is not really David, nor am I David Valley. I am doing this to prove a point.

Hey Dave!

Since you are the dirtball that is soliciting people to come work illegally in China on L, F, and M visas and not me, I suggest YOU post a scan of your China business license, and the address of your China office. I'm not soliciting nor selling anything you are. You really had me fooled with the Bud Powell routine - great job. You really had me going there! I see realscam.com and scam.com asked you a few questions about your claims to being the "new owner" of China ESL. (Congrats on the acquisition Dave!) So whose writing the phony invitation letters for your F visas? Relax, Dave, I'm neither a snitch nor a competitor, but you really need to stop putting people in harms way of being arrested and deported. Is it really so hard to tell people they need a Z visa and a degree to teach in China?

Your web site is a blatant lie David "No Degree or Experience Required" for Beijing teacher positions? Were you drinking when you posted similar ads saying the same thing or did you figure the newbies would never know until they got here to China?

True Blue, I have reason to believe you are Anthony Dimarco, a wanted felon.

After reading the posts in the other thread (you know the one that is actually backed up by research and evidence unlike TB's nonsense threads) I'm inclined to agree.

True Blue, why do you bother trashing this valley website? You're wasting everyone's time attacking an ineffective website. How desperate are you?
Then again, you're always wasting bandwidth here and on other expat sites.

http://valleyorganization.com.viewsitestats.nl/

This site gets less traffic than some of my dormant, parked websites.
I guess it all goes to feed your obsession with links and fake legitimacy.
It is difficult to fathom the mind of a felon with past convictions running from the law.

Cool

It is part of True Blue's business plan in which he repeatedly trashes people and groups on the internet until they pay him to go away.

It is my suspicion that True Blue is a wanted felon known as Anthony DiMarco.

TrueBlue,

Please present evidence to back up your accusations. Websites are not evidence. I want names and contact numbers. I want specific instances of fraud. Put your money where your pie hole is.

Let's see if this jerk is smart enough to read the bottom of the page.
