ESL Teachers Required for Saudi Arabia
Various locations - Immediate and 2015-2016 Academic Year
My client is a fully incorporated provider of ESL education services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, providing English prep language classes to students about to enter university and vocational college. As such they are able to provide their educators with an Iqama and all the benefits that residency offers in The Kingdom.
The curriculum that they teach is licensed from one of the most respected ESL teaching organizations in the world and as such they demand a level of quality in teaching that many organizations can only envy.
They currently require a number of teachers in south western Saudi Arabia for November to January starts. The majority of your responsibilities will involve teaching college entry level English but they also offer night school classes to the local business community. We are also sourcing candidates for 6 other locations for the 2015-16 academic year.
The teaching environment is second to none, the curriculum is one of the best proven ESL curriculums in the world and they are developing a work culture and sense of teamwork among their educators that has resulted in massive business growth as other colleges and universities seek to take advantage of their business model.
It is essential that you can offer the following experience and skills.
• NATIVE English language speaker, not proficiency but actual native English language speaker.
• Ideally two years’ experience teaching English, we can offer some flexibility if you have a teacher’s certificate.
• A university degree
• ESL/CELTA/TOEFL/TOESL or similar certification
• Single applicants or married applicants as long as you both meet the necessary qualifications
In return they will offer a $3,000 US monthly salary, accommodation in the form of a 1 bedroom apartment, full medical and dental, 30 days paid vacation, all statutory holidays (and boy, does Saudi Arabia have alot!), some meals, Iqama residency permit upon arrival, return air tickets from point of origin as well as travel within Saudi Arabia.
These are one year contracts but fully renewable.
Please send a cv to garethgateway-staffing for a confidential discussion. |

Sorry. but the ESL money is drying up in Saudi Arabia. Over the past 5 years salaries have dropped considerably, I have seen salaries that are less than that. Too many ESL teachers in the market. Also the money in Saudi Arabia has been drying up for a while, and is set to dry up more as the United States and Canada become self sufficient in oil. |

You can earn a lot more than that in low-pay Oman! The lifestyle is better too. |
